Some of Red River’s signature events, many of which happen within walking distance of the hotel, include the Winter Carnival, the Fine Art & Wine Festival, the Classic Car Show, and the Aspencade Arts & Crafts Fair-just to name a few.
There are plenty of don’t-miss seasonal celebrations, too. Where else can you take in all the snow sports or hiking/fishing/biking you can handle, and also enjoy an Independence Day celebration, Mardi Gras in the Mountains, Oktoberfest, or New Years on Main Street-all in the same vacation?

Or, if you’d like something a bit cozier, you can shop at one of the nearby food markets and nosh in the privacy of your own room.
If you’re looking for a night on the town or a leisurely afternoon stroll, Red River’s Main Street will deliver-and then some. There’s plenty of fireside or patio seats for live music and dancing, easy options for pub crawling-and winter visitors can kick off their Saturday night with a post-sundown torchlight parade and fireworks before heading out on the town.
The outdoors is what Red River does best. Love snow? We’ve got you covered with all the skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling you care to handle. Crazy about hiking and biking? Red River offers over-the-top scenic options for hiking and biking-plus fishing, golfing, horseback riding, off-roading and more.
